Nitro Construction Services developed a plan to change three chillers for an operational data center with multiple high profile customers without any downtime. A new plate and frame heat exchanger and new DDC Controls were installed during this project. Utility refunds were also used along with energy saving from the new equipment and controls. The project was a success with no downtime to the data center.
